It goes to the bulk listing page, but gives the error "Something went wrong and we can't load this listing."

Thanks for posting. It's hard to say what the issue is without more information on the listings in question. But, in the past I've had a slightly different approach work for similar errors. Instead of using the Sell Again button, try to simply click the template name, then use the Save and List Item button at the bottom; You can also try to us the Duplicate functions to get around this.
It's also possible that the inventory template in question has been corrupted, or it has been out of use for so long that the data significantly differs from the current eBay site. A good indicator of corruption is if the issue is only occurring on a small/sporadic amount of listings. If it's wide scale, and happening to the majority of inventory listings, email us at turbodata@ebay.com so we can look into this further.
