I have tried to fight this for the last month, called PayPal, EBay several times.
paypal told me they only help buyers, EBay said there is nothing I can do after several non payment.They closed the case.I put a feedback ,which the seller can not leave a positive negative,so they removed my feedback. Even if a seller wants to put a negative, we can’t.
Im in shock over the whole thing! I feel like I’m in the twilight zone.
Has anyone had this problem?

If you have not shipped, there is nothing more to do.
If you shipped the item and it has become unpaid:
You can report a buyer through this help page:

However, it is hard to know whether:
1) the buyer scammed you and stopped payment on a purchase you shipped, or
2) whether the buyer account was hijacked and you shipped to the hijacker, while the account holder stopped payment on the hijacker's purchase.

Did they cancel or did they use an e-check that bounced?
