How do I refund his postage to mail it back to me and for what he paid me for shipping before.

Do you have the correct item to send your buyer? If you do, send a message immediately and explain you made a mistake. Assuming it is not an expensive item, get the correct one out to him ASAP and tell him you are sending him a label to return the other one.
That is what I would do, and keeping it simple will not inconvenience the customer.

To answer your question... Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped. Find the order in question and use the drop-down menu to the left to 'Send refund'. Enter the amount you'd like to send, confirm and submit.
As @frugalmarketplace offers, there are several ways to skin this cat. Good luck, however you handle it.
