How to see and sort listings by item condition (new, used, etc)

Can't see this ability to sort my active listings by my stated item conditions.  Also couldn't see it as a customizeable option to add.

Am I not seeing wherr I can sort by item condition, or is this not a sortable option?

The Seller Hub Active items page doesn't have that sorting ability.

However, you can download an Active Listings report from this page and get the NEW or USED condition, along with many other columns of data.

Not sure what you want to do with the info.......but if you go to "view listings".......... on the left side you can choose a sort:

Condition

  • New (341) Items (341)
  • Used (624) Items (624)
  • Not Specified (11) Items (11)

How to see and sort listings by item condition (new, used, etc)

@rugerskick

@shipscript   (thought you might be interested in this......just for fun)

Learned something.......... when I noticed your "not specified".........I looked at mine......had over 50 (which is stupid as I've always filled that in), but apparently condition was dropped on old listings......tho the condition description was still there....

Went to bulk edit (putting all the items in) and there is a condition column which can be toggled......so put the non condition items at the top, found the last one and changed the condition for each to used with a "save, go to previous listing" function.  Took about 5 minutes.  All were corrected except 2......and those, even in an individual revision,......show no "Condition" to chose.  I won't worry about them.....except wonder about why condition isn't showing......

@dhbookds

Thank you for sharing your workaround in the bulk editor. And for the detailed info on your own listings.

The condition may not be showing in listings where the category condition options have been changed. Condition is stored as a number —1000 for new, 3000 for used, and 7000 for DOA — with various stages between. eBay removed some of the middle numbers in some categories when they decided to streamline the condition options, so those listings can appear with a blank condition. For instance, the only available condition in trading cards is now "used" (3000), and sellers, who had previously chosen some other condition, now have a blank condition.

It is certainly unclear why the barware category has no condition option at all. Perhaps it was overlooked in the sweep of changes. When I opened a sell-similar, I backed up one level in the category selector and chose ice buckets, and that had a condition selector. So I think eBay just missed this one. I used the feedback option at the top of the listing form to report the missing condition.
