Hi -
I marked an item as shipped and it won't go away from my "Manage Orders Awaiting Shipment" and just filled it for a second time - ugh!! When I try to mark it shipped, it says it is already shipped.
Does anyone know a way around this bug or a way to report it?

Does your shipped item include a tracking number?
To speak to an agent:
Go to the help pages and find a topic related to your question (to reach appropriate agent).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "contact us".
When chat opens, type "agent" to be shown links for chat or a callback.
If callback, make sure your phone does not have call-blocking turned on.
