Listing Tool Not Available at this time

I take the time to list an item and fill in all the ridiculous item specifics, Load the pictures and try to submit the listing only to get the error message "listing tool not available at this time"  I am so sick of this crap!

I was having basically the same problem on ebay.ca for the last week. All of a sudden everything is working again. It may have been ebay tech support (almost an lol). However, I ultimately tried the list multiple screen. It took me much further right off the bat, but reported a couple of errors when I tried submit (missing handling time and international shipping). So, I went back and set up a whole new shipping policy, and it then worked and the listing went online! Coincidence? Then tried the original single listing method and it too worked. I seem to recall some time ago that ebay somehow "forgot" my shipping policy(s). Can't swear that was what solved the problem, but might be worth a try. I suppose there is a 1x10E-3 % chance it was ebay tech support. Good luck!

I've been trying to use the sell similar feature for multi unsold items. No matter what kind of quantity I try to list, I get an error stating that 1 item did not load do to service issue, or something to that effect 😞
