How to download all active listings to modify price/quantity after File Exchange is retired

Today, eBay officially retired File Exchange. I used to use File Exchange  heavily to download current active listings and update price/quantity.

Ebay said that the same report is available in eBay seller's hub. I downloaded the new report. It's totally different format. I did some update and then trying to upload it in seller's hub. No doubt, eBay does not recoginze this new file.

Anybody knows how to download the current active listings  using the old file exchange format?

I found the answer right after I posted this :-). It's available under  "upload", rather than under "download" in seller's Hub. So confusing...
