How to choose the best store

I'm new to eBay, can I know what to consider when subscribing to an eBay store and what to choose?

Don't.  You have no need for a store.  Just list.   Stores are for people who have hundreds of items and need mroe space, more free listings and more searching options.

As a new seller you will have listing limits and you will not be able to use the store listings you have to pay for.

It's going to be awhile before you can list enough items to pay for a store.

Most from Sri Lanka don't last that long here, so I wouldn't worry about a store.

More than one person here has tried to explain to you why you shouldn't/don't need to open a store.

You can be a seller on eBay without having a store (just in case you thought otherwise).

As a new seller, you will have LIMITS of how much you can list.  Paying for a store will not change that.

But, if you are determined to waste your money, then go ahead and open a store.

My crystal ball tells me the OP wants a store because they're going to hook up with a dropshipper  selling junk and they're going to list thousands of items they don't have, nor do they know the quality of what they'll be selling,,,,,,,,,,,

And they'll need to pay the dropshipper for the item as soon as it sells but they won't get the buyer's payment for 21-30 days. 

They said there are a lot of sellers in SL.  They said they saw sellers using the store.

Their mind is made up.  They have a case of monkey see monkey do. 

They only want to know how to choose a store.

In all honesty they shouldn't ask that question here. Sellers aren't going to tell you what sells best. That would be like cutting their own throat.   You might be told xxxx is good to sell when it's a product that has low interest.
