How or where do we report a tech issue?

If the tech issue involves a particular eBay page or feature, on many My eBay pages there is a link in the upper right corner to "Tell us what you think":

Using that link should get the information to the developers involved with that page or feature.

You can also post on the "Share eBay Technical Issues" board:

Although eBay folks rarely respond to posts on that board, posting there is a good way to publicize an issue and find out if there are any alternatives, fixes or workarounds.

Requesting a call back from eBay customer service is another possibility for reporting an issue.

It is very annoying and I know that it doesn't have to be an issue...I am an engineer and understand what can be taken care of.  I have to click on items such as changing shipping, price etc, multiple times.  I click on it...the screen goes into it's funk for about 5 seconds and doesn't do what I clicked on...then I have to click on it again and it goes into it's funk for another 5 seconds, before it actually allows me to do what I want it to.  To be honest, you are preventing me from listing more items (preventing you from making more money) and causing more stress (for your customers selling).  You may be trying to prevent me from changing shipping or something else, but it's going to happen anyways.  Please fix this issue!  It is not my internet connection, since it happens at home, work, my neighbors, etc.  With these connections I have 223 Mb/S of download speed and 12 Mb/s of upload speed, which should not cause an issue in any way shape or form.

Do not like this new site update with large pictures please go back to old version  is slowing me down to a craw some of us have slow internet connectiions
