Hello,
When I search for an item, how should I exclude a question mark in the listing's name? I tried using advanced search and exclude ?, and the search phrase I got is:
PSA 10 RC -?
This, however, does not eliminate the question marks in a listing's name at all. For example, I am stilling seeing these:
2016 Donruss Optic Pascal Siakam RC SGC 10 GEM (Compare to PSA $100) HOT! MVP?
1998 Skybox EX 2001 #54 Peyton Manning Rookie RC Psa 10? Mint Colts
I even try this:
PSA 10 RC -"?"
But no luck either.
I would appreciate any help!

A question mark is treated as a special character; it cannot be searched for or excluded from search.
Sellers should not include question marks or other special characters in item titles unless the character is part of an actual item name.
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/search-browse-manipulation-policy?id=4243
"Listings can't include keywords with question marks, as this can be misleading for buyers. If any item details are unclear or unknown, they should be left out of the listing"
At one point it was possible to search for some special characters by including a backslash in front of the characters, but when eBay implemented the current search that feature was not included.
