Has anyone tried the i-ways tool and been able to use it?

I ran it today and it completed all my listings.

Asked for the full report and totals did not add up to my total listings.  Also did not separate .com and .ca listings as said all on .com.

I hit the button to download the report and it told me You do not havve the authority to download the report and put me back to the log in screen, and everything went away.

Why does Ebay give us this garbage to use.

Has any one used it successfully or know what is going on?

@papermoneyforme

I can't say why the i-ways tool is not working for some, as it does appear to be producing reports. Perhaps there is a better time of day to try.

For those who need something more interactive, I do hope to have my bulk scanner updated next week to handle the newest mandates.  When the revision date at the top of the tool changes to September, it will be ready to report which listings contain Active content, non-eBay links, SSL issues, and missing targets.  Right now it only reports Active content and missing targets.

If you would like a report sooner, you can message me and I'll use your data to help me test the tool.

It worked for me.  Gave me a complete report that I could save in excel.  Have to figure how to fix every single listing now......
