The following page has a content issue that may give new FileExchange users the wrong idea.
http://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing/listing-advanced-sellers/file-exchange.html#m17-tb3
It states under the Catalogue listing template...
"Use this template if you plan to use ISBN or UPC codes to list items in the following categories: Books, Movies, Music, and Video Games"
That is misleading as many other categories may use this template to access the eBay catalogue.
This may mislead half.com sellers (and others) who are trying to move their listings to ebay.com.

Now for the template itself...
To my point of view the fields C:Brand and C:MPN need to be added to the Catalogue template.
Submitting the template as is will cause the errors - "Error - The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again.|The item specific MPN is missing.|The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again.|MPN||Error - The item specific Brand is missing. Add Brand to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again.|The item specific Brand is missing.|The item specific Brand is missing. Add Brand to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again.|Brand"
Once the fields C:Brand and C:MPN are added to the catalogue template, the file will process correctly.
This is not documented in the catalogue directions.

Since I am being picky...In the FileExchange Advanced Instructions, page 31 is the following text...
Besides the text next to Product:UPC being incorrect, the bullets are switched. Should be the other way around.
