Google Tag Manager?

We are launching a store here to offer products also sold at our website and on other platforms.  Can we use Google Tag Manager on our eBay store listings to track  leads and sales within Google Analytics?

From what I can make out from Google's marketing pages, the marker tags must inject code (script) into the page, and eBay would not allow that. eBay Listings currently block Active Content and scripts from running. Tracking pixels (images) placed in the page would not interfere, but would only be able to return minimal information.
