I only have an iPad, no computer. Without the app, listings aren’t worth all the extra time and hoops you’re making us jump through. For the commissions we pay, your app should work and your customer service people should be able to answer why it isn’t working, which they don’t. You’re charging full pop for half the service. Its 2018, your a multi billion dollar company made off of us, the sellers, but you can’t make your app work? If a buyer on ebay was getting the same level of service from us that we are getting from ebay, they would give us a terrible rating. But you seem to have to one set of standards for us that far exceeds the standards you set for yourself as a company. Lead by example, walk your talk. Try living the same standards of service you expect us to deliver on your behalf. Fix your app or adjust your commissions to reflect the value of your app. And right now it is unusable to the point I can’t take the frustrations required to do what should be a simple listing. When do you plan to have your app working so I can either look for an alternative site for selling or can plan on when to start selling again on ebay. Tired of being ignored.
