I know the answer is simple and right in front of me but if anyone could help I would be forever grateful.  I'm getting error code 73.

This is probably just one of many errors that will appear. Sometimes the parser will stop at the first error, and when you fix that, will move to the next error.

The error message says you have not assigned a price to each variation. You will also need to assign a quantity to each variation.

StartPrice	Quantity
0.99	1

But that error may be due to misspelling the Relationship value, which should be Variation, not Variant.

I also see some discrepancies in your RelationshipDetails, such as:

CC-6.  Pittsburgh Pals (Bryan Reynolds / Oneil Cruz) Combos;

CC-6. Pittsburgh Pals (Bryan Reynolds / Oneil Cruz) Com;

Scroll to the bottom of this tool and enter your list of variations and have the tool build the Master record's relationship details.
