File Exchange, business policy problem

Hello,

I have a problem with csv file.

I have not put shipping headers on only the shipping profile name, but the exchange file returns an error that there is no shipping type.

@powerfactory10 - Thank you for posting your concerns on the Community Boards regarding File Exchange not accepting your file with Business Policies information.

I see that you might've fixed the issue.

In the future. If you are using Business Policies, you only need these headers in your file:

PaymentProfileName
ShippingProfileName
ReturnProfileName

Any other headers that deals with the information above, should be removed from the file. There is no need to duplicate information.

Headers that should no longer be present in the file if you are using Business Policies headers:

PayPalAccepted
PayPalEmailAddress
ShippingService-1:Option
ShippingService-1:Cost
ShippingType
PackageType
*DispatchTimeMax
*ReturnsAcceptedOption
ReturnsWithinOption

I delete this headers but still is something wrong. Ref number last upload with errors: 829451571.

@powerfactory10 - I'm sorry that you are still receiving errors after removing the fields that I have suggested.

In further review if your file. What I see now is a possible issue with formatting and how Excel is formatting/converting your text with special characters.

Since you are using another language in your text and Excel isn't saving the special characters correctly, our system isn't matching up your text values for your Business Policies.

I would recommend that you go into your eBay Business Policies page and rename your "Default" policies. You are listing on eBay US, so I would recommend that you enter something general like "Default" for all Shipping, Return, and Payment policies.

This way that your Business Policies value can just be generic as well.

Please make these types of adjustments to your Business Policies Name(s) and adjust your file to match.
