File Exchange Package Dimensions Not Uploading

Hi,

My file is uploaded successfully without any errors. The issue I have is when I go to edit the listing in ebay, I see that the weight is correct but the Package dimensions are all blank. I have to go in there manually and add them to the listing.

I'm upload the File Exchange CSV with the following info:

• WeightMajor = 1

• WeightMinor= 0

• WeightUnit = lb

I don't have calculated shipping in my business polices. I have free shipping.

For the package dimensions I have this:

• PackageLength 12
• PackageWidth 10
• PackageDepth 3
• PackageType PackageThickEnvelope

Is there a way so that it saves these values with out me have to input them manual?

Does anyone else have this same issue?

I solved the issue.

It turns out that the column headers, in the csv, had a few blank spaces behind them.

Example:

PackageLength (space)(space)
PackageWidth (space)(space)
PackageDepth (space)(space)

The spaces are causing the headers to not be recognized. I removed the spaces and now the dimensions are showing up in my listings.
