Please post your request for an increase to your File Exchange daily limit here. Please understand that by default the daily limit is set at 5k actions per day. We are happy to review your account for an increase if you would like to request it. We will review the request and reply here with the results.

Please enter the HTML codes as a standard text. Our system will see that it's HTML codes and generate the description as intended. This would be the same process as if you were to enter your HTML codes when filling out the online selling form for description.

*Description header is a required field. If you don't provide a value for this header, you'll receive the error message as you have been receiving.

Can I request for a File Exchange Limit Increase? I tried adding around 3000 items today but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful during the first run. I tried for the 2nd time, but it won't allow me to do so.

Are you still running into this error? Your account has a higher upload limit than the default limit.

How do we increase our upload limit? We keep getting emails regarding reaching the 15mb single file limit but don't know why this is happening as the file shouldn't be that big.

If you have not resolved your request for an increase:

For immediate assistance for a limit request, please either email to turbodata@ebay.com,  or call in to Customer Service and ask for the File Exchange/Advanced Apps support team

@Anonymous  eBay will not increase the file size limit. That is a fixed limit. If there is a problem with the size of your item descriptions or the number of records in your upload file, you will need to decrease the number of records to get below the limit. I can see that many of your listings have no photos. It would be best to start a new thread for your issue.
