Please post your request for an increase to your File Exchange daily limit here. Please understand that by default the daily limit is set at 5k actions per day. We are happy to review your account for an increase if you would like to request it. We will review the request and reply here with the results.

I raised your File Exchange daily upload limit.

How many lines of information to you have in one file?

There are other limitations that I won't be able to adjust.

There is a limit of a single file size can't exceed more than 15 MB. Another limitation is that a single file can't have more than 150,000 lines of information.

If you have hard returns in your description, this can also make your CSV file have more lines that you intended.

Please provide the information above regarding how many lines of information you have in one file. If you can also provide the exact error message that you are getting. This will further help assess the issue you are having.

If you subscribe to multiple File Exchange subscription on different sites. Please provide the site you are trying to upload to as well.

@motorply - I'm sorry that you are still having issues.

If you haven't tried uploading today, please do so. Your limit resets every rolling 24 hours. I have verified that all your subscirption for File Exchange (each site) has a higher File Exchange daily upload limit that will work for you.

If you tried to upload today and still run into issues, please let me know.
