Hello @mypaymentstest,

I need my file exchange limit increased. This is the first time I am using it and I am getting "Upload for the day exceeded the limit".

The file I am trying to upload is 1300kb with roughly 20k rows. Modifying pricing on variations.

Hi, it seems the limit of 5000 is still present if I upload files programmatically.

I thought the limit had been raised to 50,000

Please confirm what site you are uploading your file on.

Different subscriptions of File Exchange on different sites can have different limits.

Please also confirm the error message you are getting.

If you received error regarding "API Call limit..." reached, you'll have to register as a developer and request a higher limit through our developer program at www.go.developer.eBay.com.

this is the address where i upload files:

the error message is "An unknown error occurred. Please try again"

this only happens when the limit of 5000 lines is reached (i'm sure 'couse i count them)

To respect the size limit of the file i split the upload in less than 200 files.

For what i've understood every file i upload is one api call, so , even if i upload all files in one day, is far away from the 5000 dafault API calls daily limit.
Instead I'm sure that "file exchange" considers 1 action each line.

@evo_motion - File Exchange upload limit is different than direct API call limit. I can help with File Exchange upload limit. As for the API call limit needing an increase, please register as a developer and contact our developer at www.developer.ebay.com.

Different sites will have different subscriptions.

I'll raise your File Exchange daily upload limit on these sites: AU, CA, CAFR, FR, DE, IT, ES, and UK. I didn't see US in there. Are you uploading through the US as well?

Hi,

Could I request an increase to my daily upload limit? I'm hoping for a lot more than the default 5k; I hit the upload limit every day without making all the necessary changes.
