File Exchange: Abandoning Job

I'm new to File echange and am having some trouble. Upon uploading my CSV file, I get the following:

Abandoned Job: Abondoning Job: 816836021

Please help.

In review of your file, you have the value of "#N/A" running down column D, and then Text in Cell C102 which is causing the abandoned job.  Fields cannot have text without having an Action value in column A.  Also, the header and values within column D, cells 1-3, are not valid for the File Exchange program and should be removed.

I reviewed your recent upload and see the following error:

"Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"

Under your ShippingService-1: Option, you have 'USPS'.  This is only the carrier when this field requires the actual USPS service you will be using.  These values can be found in the File Exchange User guide below, pages 136-137:

Some other options you may want to place in your file for Calculated shipping are:

WeightUnit = lb or kg

PackageDepth = inches or cm

PackageLength = inches or cm

PackageWidth = inches or cm

PackageType = Letter, LargeEnvelope, UPSLargePack, PackageThickEnvelope

I  see the following errors in your recent upload:

Error - The item specific Brand is missing

Error - The item specific MPN is missing

The other message is a warning that you entered a value of 0 for StoreCategory, which is not valid.

For the Item Specific errors, you will need to add one for each value of Brand and MPN.  To do this, create a new column in your file and name them C:Brand and C:MPN, with their values below them.

Your file is still showing the following text in Cell C100:

"formulas don’t go past here. If scanning past here, copy and paste formulas down"

Please remove this and attempt your upload again.
