File Exchange: Abandoning Job

I'm new to File echange and am having some trouble. Upon uploading my CSV file, I get the following:

Abandoned Job: Abondoning Job: 816836021

Please help.

Please understand that codes 20169 and 21919456 are warnings only that will not prevent you from listing.  They are meant to provide you with information.

The only errors I see in the most recent upload is on Row 3:

Error - A return policy must be specified.

Error - Handling time is required.

These are caused by no value in Cell AT3 for Handling Time (DispatchTimeMax) and no Return options set for Cells AV3-AY3.  If you don't accept returns on an items, simply set the ReturnsOption value to "ReturnsNotAccepted'.

Yes, that is correct.  As previously stated, rows that have text in the that do not have an Action specified will cause the system to abandon the file.  This file has data going down to row 24, but only row 2 and 3 have a valid Action of Add.
