I've been averaging 5 or 6 page views per day from external sites for the past 2 years and then all of a sudden, yesterday I had 10,000 page views from external sites.  10,000!  My sales conversion rate went from 7.6% all the way down to 0.2% - that's zero point two percent.  The metrics...  what metrics.

It’s nearly impossible to understand all these metrics on here. I just gave up trying to figure any of it out.
