Edit Category in bulk or individually and all item DETAILS GO POOF!

Why when you edit a product individually or several in bulk does all the item detail go POOF when you want to change the category? 

Right now, the UPC, brand, color, sizing, Model, MPN, everything is gone!  Everything that is required!  Everything you spent hours on already!                                                               

Really eBay???  Fix this!  Blanking out the everything is not necessary!

When you change categories, there are different item specifics so I don't know how thatthe  old ones could be put in the proper place.
