I apologize if this has been asked before but I've been playing with it all day and cannot seem to find any information regarding similar issues. I'm trying to upload drafts via the reports section via CSV and it's not giving me any errors and is getting price, images, title, category, and SKU but no matter what I do it will not pull any of my three business policies, or postal code. Am I missing something here?

There are just a few fields that are useable in the drafts template. The fields for business policies can't be used with the drafts template I'm afraid. You would have to edit the drafts after uploading to select business policies.
The fields you see in the drafts template are basically the only ones that can be used:
Custom label (SKU)
Category ID
Title
UPC
Price
Quantity
Item photo URL
Condition ID
Description
Format
I've had success adding Item Specifics (such as C:Color, C:Size, etc.) to the drafts template (f you do that, be sure not to include an asterisk in the header). I have not had any success in adding other fields to the drafts template.
