Hi,
We are on the lookout for a customer service suite (much like Zendesk, Freshdesk et cetera) with the functionality to integrate eBay messages as well. We found eDesk already and gave it a try but found the interface/UX extremely slow and not very user friendly. We've been back and forth with eDesk support already, but to no avail unfortunately.
So we are now trying to find an alternative for eDesk. There are many suites available like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Trengo, Zoho but other than eDesk we can't find one that integrates with eBay.
Are there any other suites we should know of? Thanks!
PS: we are aware we can reply to customer messages through email, but ideally we'd like a nice streamlined experience within a CRM suite to keep eBay inquiries separate from our email inbox (website inquiries).
