Connection Problems When Importing Ebay Data into GoDaddy Bookkeeping

I'm having a problem with importing eBay data into GoDaddy bookkeeping for the past 4 days. I keep getting the message "There was a problem connecting to your account. Please try again later." It all started when I switched from paying shipping through Paypal to directly deduct it from my managed payment funds. I alerted GoDaddy yesterday and they escalated it but as of today there hasn't been a solution.

Anybody else experiencing the same thing or having a solution to solve it?

An interesting observation is that members are complaining about lack of shipping receipts or shipping payment data on eBay when shipping through Managed Payments, as if some bit of data is missing.  May be some correlation there.

Hi there. I’m having the same issue. I have over 100 listings on eBay I simply want to transfer over to my go daddy instead of systematically entering one by one. 

when I click “import” on the add product page through GoDaddy you get the list of importable options. I click eBay. It loads. And every single time I get “ a 500 error occurred on server”
