Recently Ebay announced they had resolved the 'can't combine items' issues for international clients.
I had a client I was haggling with over 3 cards. He asked about combined shipping (at the time I hadn't noticed he was international). His question is would it be combined shipping.
I have a shipping rule- .15 cents each additional item. I...as far as I know (!!!!) do not require immediate payment on buy it nows). I am opted in to the international shipping.
Our haggle ended with him accepting my best offer of $17.50 each item. It did NOT combine shipping and apprently charged in over $200 AU for the three card and I guess?:? (he wasn't clear) required him to pay straight up.
To say he wasn't happy was an understatement. I ended up calceling the three items. But, I legit do not know what setting I have wrong that allowed this to happen.

If you were haggling through the "offer" process, eBay has applied immediate payment (autopay) on buyer offers. The seller can turn off this feature in the Buyer Management section.
See the new checkboxes at the bottom of this page:

I would recommend letting the buyer know that eBay added a new prepay feature and that you are willing to combine all three cards into one listing, at the agreed upon price, so that the Australian buyer can make a single purchase.
