Changing the size of your shipping label?

Now my shipping labels print 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/4 inches taking up 1 side of letter size paper.  I want to change to 4 inch x 6 inch labels.  So, I need to change the dimensions so the complete shipping label is printed.  Help please.   I swear I've 5,200 pages trying to find the answer!

On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded (text is slightly different from below screenshot - it now says 'switch to advanced shipping'):
