Hello,
I am facing multiple critical issues with my new developer account and I am completely stuck. I cannot even contact technical support.
1. **I cannot activate technical support:** When I try to save my "Country" in my profile, the information is not saved. Because of this bug, I cannot proceed to "Activate Support".
2. **All API calls are failing:** My App ID ([ここにあなたのApp IDを貼り付け]) gets a "Rate Limiter Error" (Error 10001) for every single API call. It seems my call limit is zero.
3. **I cannot create a new application:** The system does not allow me to create a new app to troubleshoot.
I am in a situation where I cannot fix the problem myself, and I cannot contact support to get it fixed.
Can anyone from eBay support team please look into my account? Or does anyone know another way to contact support?
