I can’t get the eBay app to generate 7x2 sized shipping labels anymore to print on my Brother 710 thermal printer. It worked fine until a month or so ago and I had hoped it would work itself out but it hasn’t. I can print them fine from a desktop but not from the app. If I buy a label through the app it’s square rather than the rectangular style needed to print on the 7x2 labels. I have went in using the label size selector on the desktop and saved 7x2 and that’s done nothing (I had to do that before and it would then work on the app.). Has anyone else ran into this and is there any fix for it??? I do 30 or so labels a day and it’s so much easier to do it from the phone.
