I just signed up for a store subscription and am trying to upload a logo and billboard image. Every time I try to upload I get nothing. The page will reload but no image shows up and no error message either. Images are the recommended sizes (I even tried to go a bit smaller and that didn't work either) and I have tried both jpeg and png. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
