Hello FE Users,

Please post your request for an increase to your File Exchange daily limit here. Please understand that by default the daily limit is set at 5k actions per day. We are happy to review your account for an increase if you would like to request it. We will review the request and reply here once we are able to increase your limit.

Due to account privacy, we will not state your actual File Exchange daily limit when we reply to your request. If you would like to know what your current limit was set to, you can email to turbodata@ebay.com.

How about some clearer instructions on how to effectively use this function, please.  And if there is a limit in place, I am sure others who do know what they are doing can use one. There is never enough room for anything - especially in the title field.

Maybe it's just me, but I have never understood the exchange, and the reps I speak with, know less than I do. Thanks.

Thank you for posting your concerns on this discussion topic. We would like it to reserve this specific Discussion Topic to File Exchange Limit Increase Requests. 

That said,  I reviewed your comments about character limitations with fields in File Exchange. I can understand that our documentation for File Exchange is vast and can require additional information to clarify things.  

Advanced File Exchange Guide

As for limitations, some limitations are due to File Exchange and some limitations are due to Microsoft Excel. Most field limitations are similar to the Sell Your Item Form online, such as for title, it is limited to 80 characters.

I don't post the limits here on the community boards and so I would have you reach out to our Advanced Apps team that supports and manages the File Exchange Daily Upload limits to find out what our limit is and how high you can go.
