For several days, we have been unable to Create Templates. We regularly use them and know how to set them up-we need to add more.
We can get as far as the Preference section, once the pop up block appears where we enter the zip code we are shipping from, the screen freezes and will not save. We cannot enter Payment Preferences, nor Save or Preview the Template. We have tried it with multiple categories, none of them work.
When can we expect a fix?
