Can someone explain why I get this error when uploading on Turbolister?

There is nothing in the title or description with improper words nor is there any url's in the listing. It's a Barbra Streisand lp. Maybe ebay has a problem with bra in her name?

Unless someone recognizes that error message and has the experience to determine that it can be caused by x,y,and z, you are going to need to provide more information.

The error message says it doesn't like something in the title and/or description, so post the title and description here, and other eyes can look for things that might be triggering that error.

Ebay stopped supporting turbolister a while ago.  And they didnt created a replacement just file exchange

You're thinking on the right track when you suggest that the bra might be the problem, but that's not a forbidden word. Instead, I wish it were simpler.

Is your next paragraph a second issue or is it the explanation for the first error?

For your description, did you copy/paste it from somewhere? That can pull in all sorts of strange codes that might not pass the filters. On the other hand, there might be some phrases in your text that look like one of these:
