Can I move Turbo Lister from old computer to new one?

I have not been creating any new listings for the past year or so and been needing to get back to it. I am very distressed to see that Turbo Lister is now unusable and it is completely not cost effective for me to be paying a monthly subscription without knowing if I will be listing enough items on a regular monthly basis, among the concerns that I am reading about here.  I have 20 years of listings stored in my Turbo Lister....and would have things up on ebay a couple months ago if it were not for having to get this all figured out all over again!

What has really made this even more difficult is I could not download the TL program to my new computer so that I could at the very least access my copy from my old listings. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how I can move the program from one computer, Windows 7, to my new Windows 10 computer? THANK YOU!

I believe because TL is no longer supported by eBay and no longer downloadable from the internet, that it would not be accessible directly to a new computer ...however if the program were saved on a file & backup from the old computer that should be a possible solution to move from one computer to the next. I was able to do that a few months ago when I changed computers and went from windows 7 to Windows 10.
