I have an eBayer who buys from me but doesn't pay. I have tried to put him on my blocked bidder list but the page doesn't work. Any ideas?

Wish I could help, but I have exactly the same problem. Enter the buyers ID as usual, then click "submit" and the wonderful "we've searched everywhere but cant find this page" error pops up. Basically restricting sellers' ability to block bad buyers. Makes you wonder if its a glitch or if its intentional.

I'm beginning to think it's intentional. The bidder has feedback in the thousands. A friend of mine, also an eBayer , has the same bidder buy but doesn't pay. He believes the bidder buys, then tries to resell it for more money. When he can't, he just doesn't pay.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we have made no intentional change to impact the ability to block buyers.

I ran some tests and was able to both recreate the issue you've seen, as well as find a workaround. It appears that the default URL that our block bidder page goes to isn't re-directing properly. If you go to this URL, it should work: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock

I will get this reported to our technicians to get taken care of, but in the mean time, this should get you up and running. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
