Very few columns can be added to a draft. A staff member confirmed that Item Specifics ( C: ) can be added. Most other columns that have been tried have been stripped.

You should be able to add the MPN to the item specifics.
C:MPN
You may be able to add to the product fields. The Product field (which would search eBay's catalog) would require both MPN and Brand.
P:MPN and P:Brand
or Product:MPN and Product:Brand
