Buyers unable to bid on multiple items. VERY FRUSTRATING and NO EBAY HELP. This STINKS!!!!

I've had several bidders wanting to bid on multiple items.  When I go to the page to modify limits, I get nowhere.  VERY FRUSTING.  Haven't sold on Ebay in quite a while, but have sold MANY items over the past 20 years.  I will look for another platform.  Ebay no longer has live 800 number to help guide.... Used to be simple. No longer.  And no longer user friendly.

Look for this setting and see what the values are. Look at the option below the circled one as well. Is it set to anything?

There is a chance these ‘buyers’ are not telling the truth and may be attempting to get you to go off eBay.
