So I help to manage a second eBay account for my family members since they're not as tech savvy, and I thought I'd tackle the whole new shipping practices for them. I was having issues with understanding it since I kept just shoving it to the side up until now.
While I tried to get a complete comprehensive look at every type of shipping they had I wanted the ability to adjust a few errors like a couple listed as seller refunds and 3 day handling, when I know they're exclusively buyer refunds and 2 day handling. On every browser I used the results were on the right of the image, no hyperlinks available and I couldn't check for that 1 nagging shipping policy, only way would be to check each item individually.
My own personal eBay account isn't the same at all, as it has the big arrows on them per listing and I can check every active listing per policy easily. The exact same browser won't allow this for my family's account. What gives? What kind of problem could've caused this and how do I go about fixing it?
