Business Policy Page has been down for weeks

Any work around? i’m trying to change all listings to next day handling and offer free returns. i’ve contacted ebay about the page being down and they told me they would fix it but it hasn’t been fixed.

Sounds like you're using an old bookmark with an outdated URL @coolkollections .

Try using a desktop browser or possibly a mobile browser in desktop mode.

That link works for me using Firefox on a desktop Win 10 PC.

I just got around to trying it on the PC and also tried on my mac and neither are working. Ebay checked my account and said it wasn't my account.. so I dont know. its frustrating lol

@coolkollections forget Business Policies- they suck and handcuff you to things you may not want in the future. Simply go to Seller Hub, click 'active listings' and 'edit all' which you can do the 'Handling' and then the 'Return' adjustment (1 at a time, don't click 'process' until both are done. 

Would take all of 5 minutes to change both things for all listings (you can also do it for just items in a certain dollar amount, certain categories (either store or ebay) etc.

when I go to do bulk edits on returns for example, it will not let me set up free returns because I don’t have a business policy already set up

I don't either and have changed return time or no returns to 30 days returns to free shipping to charging for shipping off and on for 14 years, and at least the past 3 years with 'Seller Hub' I've been able to change and have done so at least a dozen times. You do NOT need to have ANY Business Policies set up (as I NEVER have).

Ignore the stuff posted about not using biz policies for now - advice is irrelevant in the moment as long as you can't access the page to opt in / opt out.

The issue at hand is getting you access to your policies.

Have you tried logging in using a private browsing window? Have you tried a different browser?
