Bulk listing tool - reduce price by £ but don't go below £ fault

Bulk listing tool has been faulty for months now. Reported fault via CS so many rimes but nobody ever replied to me, just peomised a specialist team would be in contact.

All listings>

edit all (opens bulk listing tool)>

Select all>

buy it now price>

reduce by>

amount £> (enter an amount, say 50p)

But don't go below £5

this used to work.

£10>£9.50

£5.50>£5

£5.10>£5

£0.99>£0.99.

All correct.

Now, it changes the price of any listing under £5 to £5.

£0.99>£5

ongoing at least 6 months.

firefox (up to date) on windows 7.

If ebay are reading this please fix it!
