Bulk Relist not allowing change from package to letter?

It seems that the bulk relisting from Seller Hub does not have the capability to change from package to letter, even though one can change the package weight. What am I missing? I just made the change one-at-a-time on 54 relists!

Hi, are you using "Business Policies" under "seller account" to make generic shipping policies with whatever parameters you need? If so, you should be able to bulk edit the "shipping policy" on those listings.

No, I have never seen the need to use "business policies" for "shipping policy", seeing it as an unnecessary complication. I'd be surprised if this tool is smart enough for this specific circumstance, but maybe I'll have to try it unless other ideas come forth. And I've read lots about users losing control with "business policies" too. Thanks for the suggestion.

You aren't missing anything.  I found this out yesterday when I also found out eBay changed ALL my listing's package details to "Letter".  This is a huge problem as I have international sales with calculated shipping. 
Now I need to go in and change every listing manually, over 500 listings back to package, as there is no option to change it in bulk editor.
