Bulk End Listings with csv

Hello Guys

I manage all my listings via csv in Seller Hub reports re stock price etc.

But how can i on bulk end listings via  a csv?

Eg:
Recently i had a list from supplier 145 items no longer available, but i cannot find a way to end them!

Please can somebody tell me how to do it without manually doing it by hand?

I know it used to be possible in File Exchange but the new hub seems to have lost some functionality

Hi @anditsgone ,

To end listings with Seller Hub Reports, you can upload a file with "End" (without quotation marks) as the value in the Action column. The file would need a column with the item numbers. The column header would be:

Item number

And you would need to include a column with the header EndCode. In the EndCode column, enter one of the following values:

LostOrBroken
NotAvailable
Incorrect
OtherListingError

You can download a template to get a file of your active listings:

1. Click "Get template."
2. Select "Listings" as template source.
3. Select "Edit price and quantity" as template type.
4. Click "Download."

Re: Bulk End Listings with csv

To avoid selling something you don't have, you could mark them with a quantity of zero.

Click   Reports / Upload / Get Template / Select a Template /  Listings / Edit Price and Quantity

Edit .csv and upload it back to eBay

After uploaded, go to seller hub and click on active listings and sort by available quantity then check off each item with a zero quantity and then click action and then select end listings.

Re: Bulk End Listings with csv

@anditsgone looks like to me that you have managed to end all of your listings?

I see this message on your seller page:

"We are sold out, but here are some other stores you may be interested in."

perhaps that is because you are in th UK and I am in the US?

Did you find a way to end via the .csv upload?

Re: Bulk End Listings with csv

Just called Ebay support, asking how to do this and they claimed it was impossible.
