I'm normally a fairly computer savy, but I can't figure out how to adjust the bulk editing tool so that the listing area is actually visible. At first it was very small, but sort of usable, I could see maybe 2 listings at a time and could scroll to see the rest. Then something happened and the area is so pencil thin I cant read a single listing. Please help....

I recently went 'round-and-'round with this problem. First I tried using eBay's file exchange system to bulk edit items but couldn't get it to edit descriptions. Got a big assist from @shipscript who kindly walked me through the bulk listing pages till I found what I needed. They bury this stuff deep. Here's a link to the thread. HTH.

I don't know if I am addressing the same screen you are seeing.
The number of lines (listings) visible in the bulk editing tool (BEAR) can be diminished by displaying the notifications above the list. Closing the notification list will display more listing lines.
The only way I was able to make my listing lines disappear entirely was to reduce the height of my browser screen. Aside from physcally resizing my browser with the pullers, I can also change the size of my browser viewport by selecting a different zoom level. By zooming-in to increase font size, I was able to get those item lines to disappear.
BEAR - zoom level - displayed lines
