I found an older thread which advised what I needed to do to fix this although it has not worked and the error below remains. Can someone please help.
Click on My eBay at the top of this page > Account tab > Site Preferences > Third-party Authorizations > Show
Do you see an authorization for your listing tool there? Click on the "Revoke this authorization" checkbox for it then click on the Apply button. Next time you use the listing tool, it should ask you to sign in to generate a Token.

Is this your own listing tool or a third party tool?
• If using a third party tool, you'll need to contact the tool provider.
• If this is for Turbo Lister, that tool is gone.
• If you have created your own tool, generate a new token to yourself after logging into the API developer site, and make sure the application you are accessing has not been deprecated or moved to a different OAUTH method.
