Are there more custom fields we can add to the Seller Hub Listing Report Template? I'd like to schedule my auction listings to be added every two minutes in a future date, but do not see an applicable column to help me achieve this.

This page provides an overview of the basic headings that would be needed by most sellers:
https://pages.ebay.com/sh/reports/help/create-listings-bulk/
The old File Exchange manual from 2015 would have all of the original File Exchange headings and data options, but none of the newer ones.
When eBay moved File Exchange features into the Seller Hub uploads area, they also changed the naming conventions of the headers, spacing out the words and capitalizing only the first letter. This differs from the original File Exchange CamelCase format.
However, Seller Hub is able to accept the older File Exchange headings in CamelCase, and should be able to mix File Exchange headings with the new Seller Hub headings when building new listings.

You can add additional columns as needed (the order of columns does not matter, other than the fact that the first column must always be Action). The column header used for scheduling listings would be ScheduleTime.
The date and time would need to be in the following format:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Hours must be specified in 24-hour format (convert 2:00:00 PM to 14:00:00 GMT). For example:
2022-02-26 16:30:00

Thank you for this is there a resource that shows all additional column headers that can be added to the listing report template that are not default?

Yes, you can add "item specifics" as part of a File Exchange revision report through Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads.
The column headings for Item Specifics will each start with C:
I would recommend that you download a listing template for your category from Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads to see which Item Specifics you want to use, and so they will match eBay's definitions and spelling.
