App not letting me contact buyers

Hey guys,

im using an iPhone.  Recently when I try to contact a buyer for any reason, their username defaults to mine.  I can’t change it so I can only use a computer to contact buyers.  Anyone else having this issue?  PITA

I have the same problem, which sucks because sometimes I am not home when I need to contact a buyer and I have to use my phone on app and it keeps doing same thing to me.
