App bug on item specifics

So, I went to revise a listing--wanted to add a photo--using the app since I can snap a shot on my phone and easily update.

I go into upload--no problem. However, when I click the revise button it says I have to edit item specifics. Don't get me started on how useless they are for what I sell. Anyhow, I go in and edit one others are already being used and every time I hit revise I get the same pop up you need to edit item specifics.

Come on eBay. The app overall needs a major overhaul but this is a frustrating bug.

I will advocate here as I have a few other places for a streamlined app only for selling that's super smooth to use, has a high quality photo editor, and is designed for people to post on the run.

I came here looking for a solution to the Item Specifics problem of the pop-up window (desktop Mac on Chrome browser) always disappearing in the middle of my attempts to add the UNNECESSARY info.

I see I'm not alone! 😞

I create pretty detailed listings, and yet I'm repeatedly prompted to put in all this extra info. When I try, the glitchy system prevents me. I started saving after adding each item specific, but that is really tedious and isn't even a guarantee that it will work. Ain't nobody got time for that! 😉

I know you nice people are the only ones who can hear this but...Ebay, please fix it or get rid of it!

I too am annoyed with the ITEM SPECIFICS “bug” or “glitch” (that’s what Ebay reps have called it” I keep being told to ADD ITEM SPECIFICS however, I add them. Waste time adding them just to have them disappear. Yes, I’ve spoken to multiple reps about the subject. They say they’re working on it. Haha they need to do better! Thanks for pointing this out. You’ve got good ideas! Ty
