Any way to mass edit descriptions with CSV file?

I used File Exchange before to edit all of my listings....it was very easy for me using the Description column. Now, I don't see a way of doing this once eBay got rid of File Exchange.

Is there any tool I can use to do this?

It hasn't gone.

Go to Seller Hub, Uploads and you can send the same files.

I have done that but it doesn't allow me to use a Description column any longer. It just doesn't accept the upload once I add it in.
